Case Studies

Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center
- The Oil Flow Compressor (OFC®) submitted to the U.S. Government Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center
- Full Time Continuous Run Field Test Over 90 Days
- Installed on a Pumping Unit in the Government Teapot Dome Field
- Results Monitored Carefully for the Duration of the Test
Results
To quote the RMOTC: “The system operated reliably and maintenance free on the producing well tested. During the test period, casing pressure on the well reduced an average of 82%, average oil production increased by 44%, and average gas production increased by 37%.”
About the RMOTC:
RMOTC will play a significant role in continued enhanced oil recovery technology development and field demonstration. A 2001 scoping engineering study on Naval Petroleum Reserve No. 3’s (NPR-3) enhanced oil recovery potential as well as more recent studies indicate substantial opportunities for project partners to explore technologies designed to extend resources beyond their economic life under conventional production. RMOTC also is a key participant in a recent state-sponsored initiative in increased oil recovery research and development.
Many EOR methods have been used and field tested at Teapot Dome. The reservoirs, equipment and facilities necessary to support various EOR methods are available for field tests. Past and current projects implemented at NPR-3 include:
• Water Flood
• Steam Flood
• In-situ Combustion
• Polymer-enhanced Water Flood
• Surfactant Soak
• Acoustical Stimulation
• Microbial
• Natural Gas “Huff-n-Puff”

Case Study Blake Production - OKLAHOMA
Blake Production’s Ikard-Hague well in Central Oklahoma had a problem. Anytime the sales line pressure rose to 50 psi or more, the well would produce absolutely no oil or gas. Production did not just drop off. The well would NOT produce a thing.
On average, the line pressure would go to 50 psi or more at least 20 days out of each month. That is twenty (20) days with zero (0) production or revenue from this well each month.
Global Oil Flow USA, LLC. installed our 12X38 Oil Flow Compressor (OFC) on the Ikard-Hague and not only increased the oil and gas production on a daily basis, but the well produces every single day. Even when the sales line pressure exceeds 60 psi.
The monthly Return on Investment = $5,600-$1,200 = 3.7 $1,200
Steady continuous production and revenue from this well has everyone at Blake Production Company and Global Oil Flow USA, LLC. very satisfied with this successful installation. |
